The further development of ENARD Annex IV was addressed via a Workshop, hosted by the newly appointed Annex IV Operating Agent, STRI (Swedish Transmission Research Institute), at the Tammsvik Hotel, near Stockholm, Tuesday 10th January 2012.This Workshop discussed the Annex IV work programme to date, formulated a series of key policy messages, for consideration as part of the ISGAN contribution for the forthcoming April 2012 Clean Energy Ministerial Meeting (CEM3) in London and, finally, drafted the basis for the proposed further development of this work, under the auspices of ISGAN.
